1. Workmanship warranty
Every completed project includes a written workmanship warranty of 2 to 10 years depending on the system and thickness installed. If a leak results from our workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair it at no charge.
2. Material warranty
Manufacturer material warranties are passed through to the property owner and registered on your behalf where available.
3. Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by named storms exceeding product ratings, structural movement, new penetrations by others, lack of maintenance or alterations made by third parties.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a signed contract within three business days for a full refund of your deposit, as provided by Florida law. After materials have been ordered, refunds are limited to the deposit minus non-returnable materials and labor performed.
5. Making a claim
