A six-building East LA office park was quoted a full TPO tear-off estimated at $1.6M with an 8-week schedule that would have required tenant relocation on three of the buildings. Our team specified a high-solids silicone restoration in place, installed at 30-mil dry film thickness with a full 15-year manufacturer NDL warranty.

  • Scope: Prep, prime, reinforce all penetrations and seams, apply 30-mil silicone
  • Product: GE Enduris 3500 high-solids silicone
  • Warranty: 15-year manufacturer NDL, transferable
  • Outcome: 62% cost savings vs. tear-off, zero tenant disruption, zero callbacks
