Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Inspections and written estimates are free for residential and commercial properties within Palm Beach County. Leak detection with thermal imaging for active leaks is billed separately and credited toward the job if you hire us.

Are you licensed and insured?

Imperplak Solutions LLC carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available on request for HOAs and property managers before any work begins.

How long does a roof coating last?

A properly applied silicone or acrylic system typically lasts 10 to 15 years depending on thickness, roof condition and maintenance. Most systems can be recoated at the end of their life instead of being torn off.

Can you work while tenants stay in the building?

Yes. Most coating and membrane work is done without interrupting occupants. We schedule noisy prep work during business hours and keep walkways clear.

What happens if it rains during the project?

We monitor forecasts daily and only apply materials inside the manufacturer's weather window. Unfinished areas are temporarily protected every evening.

Do you provide a warranty?

Every project includes a written workmanship warranty from 2 to 10 years depending on the system. Manufacturer material warranties are passed through to you. See our Warranty page for details.

How do I pay?

We accept checks, ACH transfers and major credit cards. Typical projects require a deposit of up to 30% with the balance due on completion and final walkthrough.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve all of Palm Beach County, including West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Jupiter, Wellington, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton.
