Written estimates are valid for 30 days and based on conditions visible at inspection. Concealed conditions discovered during work will be documented and a written change order presented for your approval before additional work begins.
Outdoor work depends on temperature, humidity, and substrate moisture. We reschedule when manufacturer specifications would be violated; you will not be charged for weather delays.
Projects over $1,500 follow a 30/40/30 schedule (signing / substrate complete / final walkthrough). Smaller projects bill on completion. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% monthly.
Workmanship is warranted for 10 years from substantial completion and is transferable. See the Warranty page for full terms and exclusions.
Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of defective work. We carry $2M general liability insurance; certificates available on request.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be heard in the Third Judicial District Court of Salt Lake County.
