Site Assessment
A senior estimator walks the project, documents conditions with photographs, takes moisture readings or pull tests where needed, and meets with the facility team to understand operational constraints. No charge for commercial projects.
Specification & Scope
We produce a written scope of work with substrate description, prep requirements, named manufacturer and product, dry film thicknesses, warranty target, and a phased schedule. The scope is the document we'll be measured against, so we write it tight.
Proposal & Submittals
Lump-sum or unit-cost pricing with a clear schedule of values, attached COI, W-9, references, manufacturer letters, and a full submittal package ready for owner or consultant review.
Mobilization & Safety
Pre-construction meeting with facility staff, posted tenant notifications, project-specific safety plan, daily JHA briefings, and OSHA 30-supervised crews on every shift.
Application & QA
Daily mil-thickness and adhesion checks, manufacturer field inspections at agreed hold points, and photo documentation of every penetration and detail before they're covered.
Warranty & Turnover
Punchlist closeout, owner walk, manufacturer warranty registration, as-built documentation package, and enrollment in our preventive maintenance program when the owner elects it.
